About
BitPower is a very simple Java Bittorrent client. It`s free and open-source. Based on Bobbin bittorrent library, it`s fast and reliable for downloading files using Bittorrent technology.

How to install
Installation of BitPower is very simple following these steps:
1. You have to install JAVA runtime environment(JRE).
For windows users, look at here: java.com.
For *nix users, look at your distribution package database to install the needed packages.
I strongly recommend you to use OpenJDK, because this program is developed with it.
2. After installing JAVA, just download this product from the "Downloads" section of this site. and extract it where you want.
3. To run the program, simply click on bitpower.bat to start the application. On *nix, start the file bitpower.sh.
And that`s all :)

For developers
The installation file is also an Eclipse project. Eclipse developers can simply import it as Java project in their workspace. Source code and needed libraries are available in the installation file.
